Until Completion

Today was a long busy day, full of jobs to do around the house (shop). It was fun also, to spend special times with my sister. The time is passing away quickly, and only what is done with Him will count for anything.
It's not good to be afraid of Him, but to fear we might do something to displease Him, to have respect for Him, fearing Him in reverence in awe as we desire to please Him. How can I please Him all the more in this one short life that can be so full of "things"? Stepping out in faith, doing the next thing placed in from of me - obedience out of love - these matter to Him.
A good attitude, things we cannot muster up ourselves, but rather to SEEK HIM all the more for grace in our time of  need. As He continues to reveal these things, I pray to grow in FAITH that they WILL be done according to His words.
For the third time this week, people have asked me if I will be going to college etc. and I feel sort of like Peter - three times they've asked. I have wanted to say, "I'll do whatever the Lord leads me to." Yet instead, I have said, "I don't know.", which is true, but I desire to do whatever the Father has for me, nothing else. Will it be said at the end of my life that I have finished all the work the Father gave me to do? This is what I pray will be able to be said. He is able to make it come about, praise God!

"And I am sure of this, that he who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ." Philippians 1:6

"For this reason I bow my knees before the Father, from whom every family in heaven and on earth is named, that according to the riches of his glory he may grant you to be strengthened with power through his Spirit in your inner being, 17 so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith—that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may have strength to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.
Now to him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen." Ephesians 3:14-21
